Experience: 40+ years of combined experience in Business Ownership (Architectural), Real Estate Sales, Business Brokerage, & Construction Management. Professional career in Architecture, started in New York City in 1971 and moved to Houston, TX in 1975. Worked for Eggers Partnership, Griswold Heckle & Kelly, Bechtel Corp., Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston & Keller Williams Realty Memorial (present association since 1992) & Archicon Services, Inc. (present ownership since 2007).

As Entrepreneur of Architectural Service Business: Started a service business (Archicon Services, Inc.) in February of 2007. The services were targeted to other Architects, Engineers, Real Estate Developers etc. Services include Design Development, Construction Drawings, Rendering, Animation and Marketing Brochures for Real Estate. Goal was to provide these services for minimum cost and completion time with best quality. The jobs for this business are acquired in USA & Canada through different marketing tools, but production was out sourced to India and China, mostly in India.
