Eric J. Gardner, MAI, CCIM has been in the real estate business his entire life.

He currently serves as President and the Managing Partner of Gardner Street Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC based in Cincinnati, OH.

Gardner Street is a Valuation Firm that specializes in Office, Industrial, Retail, Multi-Family and Land.  80% of assignments are within 200 miles of Greater Cincinnati.  The other 20% are nationwide.

Gardner Street serves Lenders, Law Firms and Corporate clients.  Lenders rely on Gardner Street for key decision making prior to making a loan and for distressed assets.  Law Firms work with Gardner Street for real estate tax appeals, appropriation cases, divorce cases, matters involving valuation disputes.  Corporate clients turn to Gardner Street for their compliance needs, buy / sell and lease decisions.

Mr. Gardner has served as a past President of the Ohio Chapter of The Appraisal Institute, Past President of the Cincinnati/N. KY Chapter of NAIOP and is an active volunteer with St. Xavier High School and Dan Beard Counsel of the Boy Scouts.  He is also a BEARE Board Member of the Real Estate Center at the University of Cincinnati.

Eric graduated from the University of Cincinnati - Lindner College of Business and earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Dayton.
