He is Past President of the Retail Brokers Network (RBN), the largest network of retail brokerage offices in the U.S. In 2003 he earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Life Member of the Birmingham Million Dollar Sales Club. He was named “Mixed-Use Co-developer of the Year” in 2005 for his work on Seaboard Yard in Birmingham and named one of Birmingham's “Top 40 Under 40” in 2008. Bryan served as 2016 President of the Alabama CCIM Chapter. He is an alumnus of the National Outdoor Leadership School (N.O.L.S.) and holds the Wilderness First Responder certification from Wilderness Medical Associates International.

A native of Birmingham, Bryan earned a BA in Political Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He and his wife live in Vestavia Hills, Alabama with their three children. He is an avid sportsman, backpacker, mountain biker, road cyclist and distance runner.
