Brian Bruininks, CCIM, has spent the last 27+ years selling and leasing industrial, office, and investment properties in the Puget Sound region. Since 2000, Brian has successfully completed sales, leases, lease expansions, renewals, and buy-outs totaling over 25 million square feet and over $1 billion in total consideration. Brian’s primary focus has been selling and leasing industrial, office and investment properties in South King County and North Pierce County area, which includes the Kent Valley, the largest industrial market in the Pacific Northwest.

Joining The Andover Company in July 2003, Brian became the firm’s sixth partner in 2006. Since becoming a partner, he has been consistently on of Andover’s top producers and has received CoStar’s Power Broker award as one of Puget Sound’s top industrial brokers 8+ times.

Brian enjoys giving back to the Seattle community as a youth hockey and lacrosse coach (since 1995). Brian has held Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) status since 2006.  Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Brian played professional hockey in North America and Europe and is a graduate of The Colorado College (1992,BA degree in Economics).
