Camille Gulisano-Pelaez, CCIM, has been involved in real estate since 1991. An experienced broker and practitioner in Florida specializing in the retail, office and industrial real estate. She focuses on tenant representation, landlord representation, acquisitions, sales, and property management.
In 1999 she earned her CCIM. She has served on her local CCIM chapter in various positions, including past President. For numerous years she has served on the board of directors for the Realtors Commercial Alliance, as well as serving as the past President of the organization.
Camille has negotiated over 400 lease/sale transactions for her clients. She has successfully completed this by analyzing the market, client needs, tenants’ desires, and the current economic environment.
She received a B.S. degree in Economics and Business Administration from George Washington University and a MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
