February 2015 to present: RE Broker with One Source Commercial in Memphis, TN providing Buyer & Tenant representation in primarily retail, restaurant & land activities and also provide market and financial analyses as a consultant.
Aug. 2005-December 2015: Real Estate Development Manager at AutoZone where I was responsible for new store development in multiple markets primarily in the northeastern U.S. & opened over 100 stores.
1992-2005: Specialized in tenant and buyer representation with a focus on retail and restaurant site selection (various brokerage agencies in Memphis, TN).
Prior to 1992: Over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for an institutional real estate developer specializing in large planned developments in CA, AZ, FL & GA. Managed over $100 million of land development projects. (Home Capital Development in San Diego, CA. and east coast office in Orlando, FL)
CCIM Institute Recognitions:
In March 2023, the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter in conjunction with the CCIMFoundation created a Named Education Scholarship in my honor.
In recognition of the many years of volunteer activities for the CCIM Institute, National Association of Realtors and Memphis Area Association of Realtors, was awarded CCIM Life Membership in the fall of 2015.

In 2021, I was asked to be a BOD Special Advisor to train the new Administrator, assist the BOD in moving forward after the pandemic and ultimately accepted the position of Treasurer and did a 3 year audit for the BOD, organized membership information and personally contacted every sponsor.
In 2015 I was asked to help with technology and STDB chapter training and set up the website.
Tennessee Association of Realtors: Attended statewide functions & was certified to teach TAR & MAAR sponsored classes.
