Michael has more than 25 years of experience in all maters related to healthcare real estate. He serves as the Senior Director of the Florida Healthcare Advisory Practice. He represents hospital systems, regional healthcare providers and medical office building owners throughout South Florida.  Areas of expertise include agency leasing, tenant representation, site selection services, portfolio management, asset acquisitions and dispositions including sale/leaseback transactions. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a licensed Florida real estate broker.
