Professional Profile
As President of Tanglewood Property Group, Henry is responsible for overseeing all business units including portfolio analysis, property and asset management, financial reporting, property leasing, business development, acquisitions/dispositions and real estate investment management.
Henry has over 30 years of executive-level commercial real estate experience working with regional and national powerhouse companies including Hines, Prentiss Properties, Grubb & Ellis and Colliers. During his career he has held high level positions in many major CRE disciplines including property management, project office leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and brokerage representation.
Henry is the former President of the Houston CCIM Chapter and former Regional Vice President for the CCIM Institute. He is designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional).
Henry holds a BBA degree from Sam Houston State University.
