I started my career in commercial real estate in 1988 as a leasing agent / property manager for a private company with properties in all asset classes. Since the late 90's I have specialized in all things retail: acquisitions, dispositions, brokerage and development.  I have worked both with private developers and public REIT's. After 9 years at Cushman & Wakefield I joined Midalnd Atlantic in 2018. Midland is a boutique retail development and brokerage firm with a good representation of active retailers and restaurants throughout Indiana and offers an excellent collaborative work culture. I am currently working with Valoline and My Eye Doctor as well as representing multiple Owners with development sites and retail properties throughout Indiana.
