BRUCE R. ISAAC, SIOR, CCIM, Isaac received his real estate license in 1984 and is a specialist in the leasing, sales and investment of retail, office and industrial properties throughout Kentucky. He assists various local, regional and national companies in locating and developing real estate to meet their needs. He has represented Wal-Mart /Sam’s Club in over $110,000,000 land acquisitions and dispositions. Isaac was inducted into Midwest RE News Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2017-2018. Isaac was also inducted into NAI Global’s Elite Top Producer Hall of Fame in 2009 as a top producer for five consecutive years and has been named six times to the NAI Global’s Gold Club for $1,000,0000 producers.
