He has been a commercial real estate broker in Nashville, Tennessee since 1989. He has primarily focused on office leasing and sales in the Nashville market. His work has varied from year to between being a tenant representative broker and a Landlord broker. This mixed has given him the ability to understand how to make a deal for his clients. In this time he has worked with several large developers who have wanted to acquire tracts of land to do either large scale commercial developments like the Nashville Yards development in downtown Nashviile or the securing of 150 acres in Wilson County to help a developer who is developing subdivisions where the REIT will own the land and homes and rent them.
