I retired from the United Stated Department of State as a Supervisory Realty Specialist. My primary responsibility was to travel intenationally and lead teams to select and acquire large parcels of land for new/replacement US Embassies and Consulates. As old properties were being retired, I was reponsible for the teams that decommissioned and sold those properties to other governments and to the private sector. I also have years of in-the-trenches commercial real estate brokerage experience as a generalist. My Real Estate Brokers Licenses are in Hawaii and Florida. I'm happy to share my years of experience (domestic and intenational).
