As a Vice President at Signature Associates with a focus on office landlord & tenant representation and corporate services, Scott has a wealth of knowledge across many industries including healthcare, senior housing, and multi-national companies. With 40 years of experience, Scott has a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate, and combined with his business background and relationships in the business community, he provides highly specialized and sound strategies to his clients.
Scott began his real estate career in 1980 at CBRE in Kansas City, MO. In 1987 he relocated to Metro Detroit to lead all operations for CBRE. In 2000 he joined Trammell Crow Company, as Senior Vice President which was acquired by CBRE in 2007. Prior to joining Signature Associates, Scott was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark for 8 years. Scott’s background and expertise allow him to solve complex real estate matters and bring the best solutions to his clients, making him an asset to the team.
Scott is a past CCIM Realtor of the Year for the Michigan Chapter and won a Pursuit of Excellence Award in 2019. He is also holds the SIOR designation.
