Specialize in writing BOV (Broker Opinion of Value) Reports, aka Fair Market Value Reports for Medical Leases.  Have written over 10,000 of these reports.  Reports are typically issued same day as request, from Guam to the Virgin Islands and all 50 States.  I have been doing these reports for top-of-their-industry Medical comanies.

Reports consist of a cover page, which includes a upper and lower per sq. ft. range, a Comparables page, which contains examples, with photos, of existing leases and a Comparables Location Map for the third page.  These reports are a Federal requirement for all medical leases where a doctor has some relation with ownership.  The Federal law that dictates this is called the Stark Law.
